~ 瑞士凱撒里茲飯店管理大學新增加盧森~新校區. (里茲總共有3個校區)
校區位於盧森湖畔的19世紀知名百年”Union” Hotel Building重新裝潢及新設備.
目前Le Bouveret 校區新蓋100間高級單人套房剛完工啟用, 另外Brig校區近200間高級單人套房在3-4年前才完工啟用, 所以目前瑞士凱撒里茲飯店管理大學
的設備及宿舍是瑞士飯店管理大學中最先進及新穎全套類似5星級設備.
1.Effective as of the January intake, DCT will change its name to César Ritz
Colleges Switzerland – Lucerne Campus.
從 2012年1月起DCT改名為瑞士凱撒里茲飯店管理大學-盧森校區César Ritz Colleges Switzerland – Lucerne Campus.
2.The César Ritz Lucerne campus will offer the same Bachelor programme
as the campus in Le Bouveret, which means that students will have a
choice between starting their Bachelor programme in either campus.
(Lucerne facilities will open in April/May 2012).
從 2012年4月/或5月起瑞士凱撒里茲飯店管理大學-盧森Lucerne新校區將與布夫雷Le Bouveret校區一樣提供大學第一& 二年課程, 學生可以選擇任一校區就讀.

~瑞士凱撒里茲飯店管理大學正式與世界知名美國華盛頓州立大學成為學術夥伴, 頒發2張學士學位(瑞士+美國). (Washington State University是美國百年名校, Very Top National Ranking及 Top Hospitality, Business and Engineering ranking in USA.) 大學部幸運的學生未來可以取得國際飯店管理教育權威,瑞士凱撒里茲飯店管理大學學士學位 + (PLUS) 美國華盛頓州立大學學士學位.
3.The César Ritz Bachelor program has a new academic partner,
Washington State University (WSU), which offers students a second
Bachelor option: BA – Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality & Business
Management in addition to the existing BIB – Bachelor of International
Business in Hotel & Tourism Management. Students may choose to work
towards one or both degrees. The BIB requires a research project, while
the BA requires a minimum 2.5 GPA.
瑞士凱撒里茲飯店管理大學正式與世界知名美國華盛頓州立大學成為學術夥伴, 學生註冊瑞士凱撒里茲飯店管理大學學士課程, 可以選擇第二張美國華盛頓州立大學頒發Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality & Business Management in商業及餐旅管理學士學位, 學生可以選擇取得1張或2張學士學位 (瑞士César Ritz Colleges+ 美國Washington State University), 都必須完成研究報告及成績達成至少GPA 2.5.
NEW PROGRAMME STRUCTURE 新課程結構:
4.Bachelor students will take terms 1-5 at either the Lucerne or Le Bouveret
campus, after which they will transfer to the Brig campus to complete
terms 6-8.
學士課程學生第1~5學期(大學第一& 二年)課程可以選擇在-盧森Lucerne新校區或布夫雷Le Bouveret校區上課, 最後第6~8學期(大學第三年)課程學生在布里格Brig校區就讀.
5.All PGD and Masters students will study uniquely at the Brig campus. (i.e.
They will no longer spend the 1st term in Le Bouveret.)
PGD及碩士學位學生(第1~4學期)全程在布里格Brig校區就讀.
6.Bachelor Students from both the Lucerne and Le Bouveret campus will do
their first internship after term 2, then complete 3 academic terms in the
second year of the program before their second internship, followed by a
further 3 academic terms at the Brig campus.
盧森Lucerne ~新校區或布夫雷Le Bouveret校區學士課程學生第1~2學期(大學第一年)課程完成後才能作第一次實習Internship, 完成第3~5學期(大學第二年)課程後才能作第二次實習, 最後第6~8學期(大學第三年)課程學生在布里格Brig校區就讀.
CULINARY ARTS廚藝課程:
~瑞士凱撒里茲飯店管理大學的廚藝學院與DCT廚藝學院合併, 新名字為
“Culinary Institute Switzerland” 瑞士廚藝學院,
7.The DCT Culinary Arts Programme is being merged with that of the César
Ritz Culinary Arts Academy, to form a new entity called “Culinary Institute
Switzerland”. Students currently enrolled to start the program in January at
either DCT or César Ritz Culinary Arts Academy will be the first to start
the program under this new name.
瑞士凱撒里茲飯店管理大學的廚藝學院與DCT廚藝學院合併, 新名字為
“Culinary Institute Switzerland” 瑞士廚藝學院, 學生從2012年1月起
用新學院名字註冊.
8.Once the Lucerne campus has opened in April/May, all new culinary
students will start their studies in Lucerne for terms 1 and 2, and then go
on their first internship. After the Internship they will go to Le Bouveret
campus for terms 3-7, thus giving them an experience in both the German
and French-speaking parts of Switzerland.
從 2012年4月/或5月起新瑞士廚藝學院學生先在第1~2學期(大學第一年)在-琉森Lucerne新校區上課, 之後作第一次實習Internship, 完成實習後第3~7學期(大學第二&三年)課程在布夫雷Le Bouveret校區上課, 學生可以經驗德語區及法語區文化.
9.The Bachelor of Culinary Arts degree is accredited by Manchester
Metropolitan University.
瑞士廚藝學院Bachelor degree學士學位是英國國立曼徹斯特首都大學所頒發. (廚藝高等文憑Higher Diploma由瑞士凱撒里茲飯店管理大學的瑞士廚藝學院所頒發)
ENGLISH FOUNDATION 大學, 碩士英語先修課程:
~English Foundation大學, 碩士新英語先修課程在Le Bouveret.布夫雷校區上課(一學期學校補助優惠價CHF6,600. 含學費及食宿)
10.For students who do not have the required level of English to enter their
desired hospitality program, a new English Foundation Program will be
launched as of January at the César Ritz campus in Le Bouveret. This
program is open to students of all SEG schools who need to improve their
English level. i.e. There will no longer be an Extended Bachelor
programme.
從2012年1月起English Foundation大學, 碩士新英語先修課程在Le Bouveret.布夫雷校區上課, 所有SEG學校學生會在Le Bouveret.布夫雷校區上英語課程, (一學期優惠價CHF6,600. 含學費及食宿).
11.Students who do not have the TOEFL or IELTS test will be required to
take the Oxford Online Placement Test (OOPT), which will be the new
standard of English testing within the entire group. Once the student has
achieved the required English level, he/she may start their hospitality
programme.
如果學生到校開課之前未有正式托福TOEFL或亞斯IELTS, 到校後可作英語
Oxford Online Placement Test (OOPT)測驗, 如果通過考試就可以上正式課程, 如果沒有可以參加英語先修課程.
