知名5星級國際飯店實習工作.

1. 瑞士廚藝學院: Ms Annie 獲得 17等級Gault Millau高級餐廳協助廚師工作
as we call Ms. Chen has indeed signed a contract with the Restaurant Rigiblick in Lauerz http://www.rigiblick-lauerz.ch. The restaurant is rated at 17 Gault Millau Points which is very high and Annie will have the opportunity to learn a lot from the chefs there. The restaurant is located directly on a lake and Annie could swim every day just at her door steps.

2. 瑞士廚藝學院:Ms. Sally Chen獲得The Chedi Andermatt 瑞士5 星級飯店實習工作star has signed a contract with The Chedi Andermatt a 5 star deluxe Hotel in Andermatt Switzerland http://www.thechedi-andermatt.com. The hotel is brand new and the chef is very well known.

3. 瑞士凱撒里茲飯店管理大學Mr Morgan Chen獲得 阿布達比Grand Millennium Al Wahda 5 星級飯店實習工作 will work at the Grand Millennium Al Wahda in Abu Dhabi http://www.millenniumhotels.ae/grandmillenniumalwahda. this is a 5 star property and Morgan will also get a good training.

4. 瑞士凱撒里茲飯店管理大學Mr. Chu Andy will conduct his internship in the French part of Switzerland. His French is good and I speak to him often in French. His internship is scheduled at the Café du Poste in Lutry a very busy restaurant located very close to Lausanne and also on the lake. It is a beautiful area of Switzerland-

5. 瑞士凱撒里茲飯店管理大學 Ms. Christina Hsu 獲得 Hotel Baur au Lac in Zürich , 5 星級飯店實習工作will do her internship at the prestigious 5 Star Hotel Baur au Lac in Zürich https://www.bauraulac.ch/. The Baur au Lac was named Hotel of the year in 2013 and is one of the leading hotels of the world.

《臺灣》大學生對於凱撒里茲課程熱烈迴響!

以下內容是節錄自台灣大學生在聽取凱撒里茲飯店管理大學台灣代表 Jennifer Kuo 所做的簡報之後而書寫的心得分享。學生們紛紛表示對於歐洲、瑞士乃至於餐旅服務業在在改觀!讓我們一同分享:

同學A:

從這次演講的內容令我感到非常的驚訝,因為在我個的認知對瑞士沒有那麼熟,雖然土地比台灣大一些些,但人口只有八百多萬人,卻能創造這摩多奇蹟,不管是服務業、工業、食品業……等等,文憑對他們來說只是基礎的,就連路邊修馬路的也可能是高學歷,對於他捫如此的追求品質,讓我不經想移民去瑞士享受並體驗它們的生活 ! 瑞士很注重對於個人未來的開發,像是愛因斯坦這麼聰明的人,腦部也只開發百分之7,人不要怕麻煩,因為老師會這樣要求你是為你好,而麻煩會使你更好,瑞士的大學只有三年,每年都要受到專業的訓練,密集的訓練課程,雖然感覺很累,不過唸出來的人幾乎都是人才,讓我開始奮發向上,用功念書 !

同學B:

瑞士,說真的,我對他的印象,就是銀行,但聽完演講之後,我才知道瑞士還有一項十分有名的工作 :飯店管理,且我也知道瑞士是一個失業率只有4%的幸福國家,但這也和瑞士的專業技術人才培育有關,另外稅人竟然年均所得高達220萬台幣,相較台灣,這是多麼恐怖的年薪阿,聽完演講,十分感謝講師,讓我更了解瑞士 !!

同學C:

瑞士有小歐洲之稱,全世界很多著名的人物都來自瑞士,他的大學也孕育出很多偉人,包括台灣很多知名人物與從那裏畢業,教學方面也很廣涵蓋各行各業,我覺得去那裡讀書可能是很酷的選擇,他們在上課時的教學方式看未來在職場上的功能一致,且各行各業都有文憑,算一個非常需要專業素養的國家。 瑞士有四個官方語文,為德、法、義,羅曼語 德語區站七成。用英文授課,共有四個校區,還有獎學金。直覺告訴我,現在的局勢和預定的計畫不可能完全按照劇本發展下去,需重新擬定一份新的計畫,永不氣餒,並且堅持底,別害怕失敗要虛心接納失敗和錯誤、改正、修正並引以為戒就是成功之道,我相信不管任何事都有它的解決之道,別太早放棄,努力小心謹慎地走下去。況且理論也證明可行,根本不用擔心會失敗,透過周詳的計畫和熟捻的技巧,總有一天就會成功,只要相信自己行就絕對行,把所有的優勢和積累已久的自信拿出來,勝利的一天總會到來 我要定了 !!!

「客戶永遠是對的」By凱薩里茲─飯店管理之父
原來自己的視野是如此的小,或許只有自己[ 自走出去才能看到這個世界的競爭力,當別人在職場上戰戰兢兢,自己卻還在讀課本上死板板的知識,何謂「親身體驗」?唯有自己走出去才解,或許該認真考慮自己未來要走的路,想想自己到底要的是什麼,而我得到了嗎? 看了其實會心動,好多資源在台灣並沒有,雖然學費貴了些,但得到的東西確實不同。

全世界只有2個國家的國旗是正方形─瑞士&梵諦岡,瑞士會成功的原因:教育、研究、創新,語言是工具,提倡專業,大學只有三年,直接帶入專業領域,瑞士飯店管理之特色 :可靠的品質、謹慎的紀律、完美的準確信、實務的創新、專業的領導者。 Cèsar Ritz 有三個校區,全英語授課,大一、大二可選擇布夫雷校區或盧森校區,大三和碩士皆在布里格校區,制服代表一種精神,注重學生的想法。

Jennifer 提到瑞士創造27個諾貝爾獎 :物理、化學、和平獎等 ;凱撒里茲“飯店管理之父”Mr.Cesar Ritz瑞士古今中外經濟貢獻人物代表,─由瑞士飯店管理成功經驗及理念來辦學 ;,歷史聞名世界,可靠的品質、謹慎的紀律、完美的準確信、實務的創新、專業的領導者。 世界性的教育指標,聞名世界有超過100年的歷史,SWISS Training得經理們都管理知名的國際飯店,可學到1或更多的歐語(法&德)。 品牌=就業保障 ;理論實務結合,(英文授課)這個演講給我多新的認知,更有新的體會,努力是靠個人,我們也一定有更多發展空間,收穫良多。

我很喜歡這次的講座內容,它很充實飽足,知道有這樣專業訓練的學校,使我眼睛為之發亮,沒聽到資訊的同學可惜了 !我期待我大二生大三的暑假能參加報名“瑞士蕾曼尼亞學院夏令營”出國到歐洲增廣見聞,吸收歐洲教育的光芒,開心 !

同學H:

聽完這個演講,對於瑞士又更了解一些,覺得瑞士是個很棒的國家。他們雖然國家不大但是失業率很低,而且讀技職學校後出去找工作,也有基本的年薪、薪水蠻高的 !“SWISS Training”─世界性的教育指標。他們強調實際做比在教室聽老師說來的好,自己要有想法而不是只聽聽就算了 ! 原本都覺得如果留學或遊學,美國、法國、德國、英國是很夢想的地方,但現在覺得瑞士是個很好的選擇,有很專業的人才及資源 !尤其飯店管理這部分他們更是專業級的教學 ! 英文真的要學好才能有那一絲機會跟人家競爭。’ 當然學會更多種語言會更棒,比別人又更強 !外型也很重要,面試時也要適時打扮、淡妝、不戴眼鏡等等 ! 希望自己也能像Jennifer,成為一個很棒女強人 !

同學I:

想到瑞士,就會聯想到:巧克力、飯店、少女峰、手錶、火車、醫療、奈米科技、銀行、起司等,那這我們學習語言有甚麼關係呢 ?當然有 !我們學習語言就是為了提升我們的專業,如果學習不只是「學以致用」,而是「必用」會更好 !在瑞士這個歐洲的中央精華地帶,這裡的人會說法、德、甚至是英文都很好,並且強調務實、學術並用,特別是在「飯店管理」的部分。其實不管從事任何產業都一樣,主講人告訴我們,學東西不適應該單單的看你用不用的到,而是要一直不斷的學習來增加自己的價值,讓自己變成一個更棒的人。我覺得聽了這場演講後,我深深的為我自己現在的狀況感到難過,因為我認為自己的努力程度對於國際上的大學生來說,根本就什麼都不是,也許是自己活在台灣的環境過得很安逸,但這對我們同為大學生來說,這是糖果也是毒藥,然而今天看這麼多的瑞士大學和法國大學,反而讓我更清醒,就像當頭棒喝的感覺,我印象很深刻那位主講人說的這句話:「不要只是活在一個環境讓人學的“我很好,我是全班第一”那樣又如何 ?這只不過是一個小小的部分,想要有成就,那必需更加努力了 !」我想現在的我,除了增加基本的語言能力之外,也必須去找尋自己同時也喜歡的另一個特質,我想我今天回會花大概一個小時的時間來深層思考,「自己除了“外語能力”之外,想我道地我所追求的是什麼 ?」

which to build and grow.”
“I chose to study hospitality so that I
could make use of the languages I
learnt, to meet and work with a
diverse group of people and of
course to travel! Twenty years after
graduation, I still love my job and the
hotel game offers a different
challenge every day of the week. It
is such a dynamic industry and you
have to be cutting edge to survive in
such a competitive environment –
the privilege to be a part of all that is
what I love about my chosen career.
The first four years after graduating, I
worked in a number of different types
of operations, from Fish n’ Chips to
the opening of a Leading Hotels of
the World. From there, destiny took
me to Sun International where I
began in the group procurement
department and then on to the
development division where I am
now the Development Manager.
My role is very exciting as I manage
and direct the strategy and feasibility
of new projects internationally. I
work through the steps of planning,
budgeting, design, construction, fitout,
commissioning and finalise with
the hand over to the operations
team.
My career highlight so far has been
directing and managing the team
responsible for the incredibly
successful construction and
completion, against very
unfavourable budget and timeline
constraints, of the Monticello Casino
and Resort Complex in Santiago de
Chile, Latin America.
My advice to students considering
studying hospitality is that this is a
very demanding profession, one that
must be lived, but it is incredibly
rewarding.
My professional philosophy is ;
“Form Follows Function.”

naturally as my father is a hotelier and
since I was a child, I always liked what
he did and knew that I wanted to be like
him.
I love my chosen career path and I will
say that I am really lucky because I do
what I want and I am always learning.
Adrenaline walks with me all the time in
my career. I enjoy helping people have a
good time and creating teams to deliver
the service that guests are expecting.
During my time at César Ritz Colleges I
gained an internationally recognised
“driver’s license” which gave me the
capacity to become a competitive pilot in
the right moment, place and
circumstance.
I was born and raised in Spain and since
graduating from César Ritz Colleges, I
have built my career in the Dominican
Republic, Venezuela, the Caribbean
and Mexico.

I am proud to say that I had my first
role as a General Manager just 6
years after graduation ! Since 2010,
I have been working as the
Managing Director of Blue Diamond
Hotels & Resorts, an innovative hotel
management company that
specializes in creating differentiated
brands to suit each market’s
demands. Our operating team
includes some of the most
experienced management in the
industry. We offer sales, marketing,
and brand management services and
through our unique approach,
tailoring hotels, we strive to meet and
exceed customer expectations.
I would tell any student considering
studying hospitality to jump into this
interesting world full of action and
challenges if you really like it, but
make sure you think twice before
moving forward. It is a job that not
everybody can do and like it at the
same time.
My combination for success is to mix
passion with effort and a good team.”

“The knowledge I gained at
César Ritz Colleges is really

“For me, hospitality is a professional
area that offers such a variety of
career choices, so that you can really
find the role that is suitable for you.
From a career perspective, it is a highpaced
developing industry worldwide,
including here in Kazakhstan. It is
also a very exciting industry that gives
you the opportunity to travel and meet
new people.
I graduated from César Ritz Colleges
in 2011 and am now working as the
Sales manager at the Park Inn by
Radisson in Astana, the largest
international property in Astana. I am
responsible for corporate sales and
have to identify and attract new
corporate clients along with managing
sales-related projects and events and
negotiating rates to ensure revenue
targets. The hotel has only opened
recently and I was a part of the preopening
team and the
experience I gained was really
precious. It is such a different
experience being a part of the preopening
process, rather than joining
a fully operational hotel.
I find that my educational
background helps me a lot and the
best thing about the knowledge I
gained at César Ritz Colleges is that
it is really practical. Thanks to what I
had learned in class, when I had my
first work experience, the learning
process was easy for me. I still
experience the positives of my
education every day.
At César Ritz Colleges, the
international student body and
access to industry representatives
gave me a big networking
advantage.
My advice to students who are
considering studying hospitality is to
be passionate and ready to work
hard. Advice I follow through my
professional philosophy which is:

2006年11月我擔任國泰航空公司擔任客艙服務經理,主要航線是香港到加拿大。我以國泰航空公司為榮,因為國泰航空公司贏得2006年最佳航空公司。在經過多年飛行後,漸漸離開飛行工作。在1994年畢業於“César Ritz” 飯店管理大學後,我加入在臺北的遠東香格里拉大酒店。 兩年半來我學了不少東西從前臺辦公和客人關係。我還參加兩個多月在北京培訓管理課程,訓練商業飯店開業前的專責小組團隊運作工作。

我在“César Ritz”的教育學會能夠說法語和我在酒店業管理的經驗我使得我能在 1997 年移居加拿大。不久後在溫哥華的Sutton Place Hotel,找到一份工作。 在此時我還得到了國泰航空公司的一個飛行事務長職務,. 工作地點在溫哥華。從那時起,我已在航空業,已提升為資深高級事務長職務。我確實喜歡我飛行的經驗,我可以用很多機會自由的去周遊世界。

我非常感謝在瑞士“César Ritz”,讓我在那裡能夠學習瞭解如何與來自不同國籍文化的人一起工作的的獨特體驗。 加拿大是我的第二故鄉,住在加拿大生活非常愉快精彩。 請在多倫多市內的校友可以與我聯繫 ! 因為目前我對這這座城市是像外國人一樣陌生。

我在1996年畢業於“César Ritz” ICHA (現大學UCCR中心“César Ritz” 酒店大學) 和在University of Massachusetts in Amherst 麻州大學的理科完成學士學位。我的第一份工作是在臺北市皇冠假日飯店(Crowne Plaza Hotel)擔任高級幹部。 只是在十二個月後,中華航空招聘我作為在其食品和飲料的部門主管,2004年在同一部門被提升為總經理。 這給了我多次機會在總統班機上,服務總統到美國、 中南美洲和非洲飛往拜訪旅遊。 更重要的是,我獲得了菜單規劃表和管理全球供應商的經驗。 經過多種職業生涯上的技能經驗, 我高升到中華太平洋餐飲業務的中華航空附屬公司銷售處擔任經理。

2002 年,我通過了美國酒店及住宿協會AH & LA的考試,作為認證的食品和飲料行政職照和 2006 年獲得在北阿拉巴馬大學工商管理碩士學位。我總是自豪它的榮耀來自 ICHA “César Ritz”
