Tourism plays an important role in the economy of the United Arab Emirates, making UAE a popular choice for this year’s Career Development Trip. The Careers team put together an intensive eight day programme which included visits to prestigious hotels, a tour of Emirates Airline catering facilities and an alumni reunion. Here’s just a snapshot of their busy itinerary…

The Biggest and the Best Hotels in the World!
Students met with the Human Resource managers of some of the biggest and best hotels including the famous Burj Al Arab, the Park Hyatt, The Address, Raffles, the Atlantis, the One&Only Royal Mirage and the Grand Hyatt, as well as a full tour of the Emirates Catering facility.

Capital of the Emirates
Abu Dhabi is the capital and second largest city of the United Arab Emirates and the centre of political, industrial, and cultural activities. Students were able to visit the Gulf Incentive, Business Travel and Meetings Exhibition; our sister school European International College (EIC); the famous Emirates Palace; the Fairmont Hotel; The Shangri La; the Park Inn and, Radisson BLU on Yas Island. There was also time to visit the Heritage Village and experience a dazzling desert safari, and all in only eight days!
阿拉伯的首都-阿布達比 Abu Dhabi
阿布達比是阿拉伯的首都而且也是第二大城市，更是政治、 工業，和文化活動中心。學生能夠參觀 the Gulf Incentive商業旅遊會議展覽、我們的姐妹學校歐洲國際學院 (EIC) ； 著名的酋長宮 ； 費爾蒙特飯店 ； 香格里拉 ； the Park Inn 和Radisson BLU 亞斯島飯店。在這八天之中還可以去參觀阿拉伯的文化遺產及沙漠之旅!
